Lasting Strength
Tuff-Rib is an
extremely durable metal roofing alternative to other materials, starting
from the metal to the baked on paint finish.
We start with quality
high tensile steel, coat it with a tough Galvalume®
zinc-aluminum coating, pre-treat it with primer, coat it with a baked-on
enamel 40-45 year warranted siliconized polyester paint system, then
roll-form it to your specified lengths.
Because we cut Tuff-Rib
panel lengths to the half-inch, you will save money on materials due to
less waste, and time when you go to install them. A full line of trim
and accessories is also available.
100% American made Watertight
Design
Whatever you are
using it for, Tuff-Rib performs. The trapezoidal ribs feature a built-in
water siphon channel, which means that when extreme blowing rains try to
get between the laps they are promptly siphoned down the panel. Just one
more way that Tuff-Rib is superior to other systems.

Evident Beauty
Tuff-Rib is available in a variety of colors to match
any home. Whether your home's walls are vinyl siding, brick, or almost
any other material, we have a color that will compliment it.
The Economical Choice
Tuff-Rib is not only beautiful; it is also our most
economical metal roofing panel. Whether you are using it for your home,
garage, barn, or business, Tuff-Rib can fit the bill.

the value to the home. At 26 ga and up in thickness, it is a strong and
durable panel. Its coverage is comparatively smaller than the other two
panels, but with the nail strip and locking seam it is considered the
strongest roof system available, homeowners love this profile.

Accessories
Screws
WoodGrip
Screws are a metal to wood fastener designed to self-drill metal panels
and tap into the wood beneath.

Our ¼” hex head woodgrips provide quick engagement and
exceptional pull out strength. Low-profile fasteners feature an
aerodynamic design, providing an aesthetically pleasing alternative to a
hex-head screw. They were specifically designed to use with our
concealed fastener (CF) panel for a sleek appearance.
Insulation
Insulation
addresses all three forms of heat transfer.

It combines a fiberglass core to slow heat transfer through
conduction and convection but also has a highly reflective foil backer
film to block radiant heat as well.
Pipe Decking
All
homes have pipes penetrating through the roof for ventilation.

Since there is no metal roofing trim that can seal these
penetrations, pipe decking is used to create a tight rubber seal around
them. Our Pipe Decking has a flexible aluminum square base,
allowing it to be molded and sealed to the roof panel.
Closures
Because our metal roofing panels
have ribs and ridges, it’s not easy to get them to seal against a flat
surface.

Our panel closures, made of dense foam and shaped like each panel type,
provide a tight seal over the entire width of the panel.
Sealants
Sealants are used on a roof to
protect against water from getting underneath the roofing panels. There
are several different types of sealants that can be utilized for a
variety of applications. Our sealant, called NP1, is available in many
different colors. It provides excellent flexibility and
weather-tight seals.

Sealant tape is a butyl rubber sealant, providing great cohesive
strength and durability in all of your metal building and roofing
applications. Our newest and most versatile is an versatile sealant. It
expands to seal irregular surfaces and nooks and crannies that others
couldn’t seal, maintaining weather-tightness during thermal expansion
and contraction of our metal building panels.
Underlayment
A strong and durable alternative to felt
roofing underlayment is our synthetic underlayment , which provides a
water-proof foundation and cooler roofing surface.
Tamko TW is a self adhesive underlayment to be used for
prevention and protection against water penetration and other weather
conditions.
